My client is an entrepreneur and his time is very limited, so he needed a place where he could get a good workout in and maximize his time. He also wanted to get better at his golf game, so a place to strength train was very important to him. I utilized a space in the home that has an odd layout and couldn’t be used for any other purpose other than storage. The space needed to be maximized for strength and plyo work, so finding the right equipment was paramount. He also didn’t want to put permanent flooring down in case they needed to move the fitness room to a different location in the future, so we used the Ecore Premium Fit interlocking tile in Mocha Latte to give it the finished look they wanted and help reduce the noise since the room is on the second floor.
